1. What is the turn around time to receive product?
Product is usually shipped within 5 - 7 business days. Please be mindful that the COVID pandemic has slowed down shipping in some areas.
2. Do you ship to other countries?
Presently, we only ship within the USA.
3. What is the policy on order cancellations?
Orders can ONLY be canceled before going to production, which is 12 midnight (EST) on the day of purchase. Once the order has gone to production, the order cannot be canceled.
4. Is there an option for a refund?
We do not refund. However, we will allow exchanges. If for some reason you are not happy with your product, you can return for an exchange of the same value (minus cost for shipping). Exchange item must be received first before replacement item is shipped.
Product must be returned within 3 business days, unworn, unsoiled, unwashed and in original packaging. Return/Exchange process could take up to 7 to 14 days. (See "Returns" for full policy)
